Outlook for Mobile  iOS ( iPhone )

Install App: Download Outlook from the App Store.
Initial Setup: Open the app and tap Get Started or Add Account.
Connect Account: Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap Add Account.
Password: Enter your password and tap Sign In.
Finalize: Tap Maybe Later or Skip for additional accounts to reach your inbox. 

Classic Outlook for Windows

Open Outlook : Click File in the top-left corner.
Select Add Account.
Enter Email: Type your email address and select Connect.
Sign In: Enter your password when prompted and select Sign in or OK.
Complete: Select Done or Finish to start downloading your data

Outlook for Mac

Open App: Launch Outlook and select Sign In.
Credentials: Enter your full email address and password.
Permissions: If prompted, select Accept to allow the app to access your account data.

Setting up MS 365 E-Mail 

Hard drives - SSD Drives – USB Drives and any Device supplied to Terref.com for data transfer or recovery shall be discarded after 30 days from completion of service, unless requested in writing by customer.

New Outlook for Windows

Open Settings: Click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
Add Account: Go to Accounts > Email accounts and select Add Account.
Enter Email: Type your Microsoft 365 email address and click Continue.
Authenticate: Enter your password and complete any multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompts if required.Type your paragraph here.

Install App: Download Outlook from the  Google Play Store.
Initial Setup: Open the app and tap Get Started or Add Account.
